Admission to practise in Fiji
In order to become admitted to practise in Fiji you must make a petition to the High Court of the Fiji Islands. To submit the petition you must:
- Be over 21 years of age
- Have resided in Fiji for at least 3 months immediately prior to your petition
- Have completed a course of study that is approved by the Board of Legal Education of Fiji; OR
Have obtained a certificate from the Board of Legal Education of Fiji verifying that your qualifications are sufficient to qualify for admission - Supply character referees who are resident in Fiji
- Obtain police clearance
