Individual consultations
As a Melbourne Law School student you are entitled to meet individually with the Careers Counsellor.
These are half hour sessions, they are free and completely confidential.
You are able to discuss any aspect of your career, such as:
- General career directions
- Job searching strategies
- What to do if you don't want to practice law or go to a big firm
- Writing your cover letter and curriculum vitae
- Help with Traineeship and Seasonal Clerkship applications
Counsellors are fully qualified Careers Practitioners and are available throughout the year - even outside semester!
Bookings can be made at the Student Centre Front Counter.
